Talking with my neighbor while doing some 'farm' chores, I mentioned that I'd seen some bear scat lately near my compost. I was mentally reminiscing about the lovely bears seen in Mendocino and other Northwest areas. He remarked about how his brother had killed a couple of them recently, had to finish off one with an ax....then went on about his son needing an education and was supporting his going into the Marine Corps for the free tuition or whatever. That about sums up my growing weariness with the whole Hispanic (conquistador-descendants) population wherein I reside. Not that they're any different from most of the non-Hispanic minority. I could have expressed my disgust, and gotten immediately pegged as a PAGAN, satanic, pope-hating, commie, hippie druggie....but it's simpler to just let 'em continue with their ignorant spewing for your in-depth edification of where you are and what time it is....as if you needed reminding. Will I ever in this life find where a truly personal "shangri-la" is, and actually be able to live there for a spell? That would probably be the foremost perennial question in the mind of the Roma peoples, wouldn't it? I'm old and maybe it's not in the cards (I'll have to do a spread :).
Those clever unnameable ones have done a good job of creating the mass association of pagan and earth-based spirituality with 'illuminati', anti-religionism, and all that 'satanic' shit.

Checkin in on the latest word from the GOM, since it's faded into the memory hole, it looks as though everything's 'under control', which is the false upside-down inverted term for the halluncinatorally insane version of a deeper truth. I watched the new "heroine", Kindra, visiting some of her 'good friends', the beloved fishermen of 'many generations' in LA, at her town wharf. They were having 'fun' abusing an alligator they had nabbed for, well, the helluvit I guess. Do I have a lot of compassion for the folks of the "fishing traditions" of the last centuries? Depends on what you mean by 'compassion'. What were they doing while all the hundreds of other "spills" were happening over the last hundred years? Catching dolphins and turtles in their nets? Humans, and Merkins in particular, are so fucking brilliant. A species above all others. Unique spiritual potential.
Another moronic merkin woman accomplished the shooting and stabbing death of a record 1000lb, or whatever, alligator in another nearby Southern state. Trophy-hunting: a testament to the 'brilliance' of the degenerate human mind. Last year another prime specimen of merkin (Kansas) womanhood went to Africa for the purpose of seeing if she could be the first to kill an elephant with a compound high-tech bow (a heroine in the bow-hunting world, but now probably deep in karmic quicksand up to her neck). Geez, nothing wrong with this picture, is there? Oh yeah, she left it overnight to die a slow death while she went back to her hotel and basked in her own glory.

(A lot of those types of confounding, mysterious destructive actions are going on weekly, but seldom reported.) Mink-liberations and similar activities are getting too frequent around the world. All this valuable cash having to go toward 'security'. Straining the insurance folks as well.
Word from the Seashepherds on the scene: Taiji is not happening so far this year. The dolphin slaughter depicted in "The Cove" has so far been disrupted by the high numbers of foreign observers....but the perps are trying their best to get around the 'obstacles' to the success of their mindless greed. Time will tell.
Update: Sea Shepherd reports on September 21st at least 15 Pilot Whales were killed in Taiji, with heavy police presence around The Cove. Weather has prevented further capture and slaughter, but is planned through October. One Pilot Whale from Taiji this year went to Sea World in Florida after seeing his tribe slaughtered. A return to true mature innocence, along with a recognition of the Devic presences, by the future survivors of Earth's immanent 'cleansing' is going to be the only strategy and saving grace for continuance of this spiritual dimension with any presence of hominids left in it. I guess our current ongoing wall-to-wall media inundation of imposter-humans' images and inane repugnant doings caused one reader to ask "where are the real humans?". There is certainly cause to wonder. Maybe this planet has always been mostly populated with true human beings, but we see now the massive effects of ponerology, or the loss of humanity and the succumbing to Borg-like total imbalance and obedience to all that is artificial.
One thing the ancient ancestors of all of us took for granted was our 'belonging' here on Mother Earth, including the natural right to freedom of movement. Movement was for sustaining and growing cultures - health, knowledge, skills, arts, celebration, but certainly not for plundering, laying waste, confiscation, and rapacious violations. Even the concept of 'commons' is now practically unknown. Now humans are taught they can 'travel', even across the artificial boundaries and borders, only if they're on 'vacation'; and when your time is up you better hurry back to your designated officially-recognized territory. Still one more whacked-out bs concept blown to hell in the 60s, but never grasped and followed through on.
We have to understand that this is the deep psychopathology of so-called 'civilization' - the insane demonization of the natural instinct to periodically be in motion across the infinitely diverse natural and human landscapes on this planet. This is the core of the vilification of the Gypsy Tribes throughout several thousand years of recent history. (Another aspect of this is the ancient Hopi oral-history of their instructions for long-term migration from the Creator.)
Anyway, I'm again concentrating this post on those known as "Gypsies", and by many other names as well. Some, or many, of these tribes began their long journeys from India, near the mouth of the Indus River, in what is known as the Rajasthan and Sindh areas. So I am posting some cultural videos from the Gypsy (and outcast) tribes who still inhabit those lands or have recently traveled from there, killa stuff!. As I was viewing these vids yesterday, an article appeared which cuts also to the core of the current time-loop madness regarding the Roma Tribes: "The Infinite Hypocrisy of the West", by Fidel Castro. Yes...that Fidel. Funny, ain't it, just who are the ones who feel this is an important subject? In my opinion, Señor Castro is a 'real human being', maybe not "perfect", but all his recent writings on international affairs have sounded very sane. He reviews the coverage of the European Roma situation in the Mexican newspaper, La Jornada, which, itself, was very strong.
The Infinite Hypocrisy Of The West

Although several articles on this subject were published before and after September 1st, 2010, on that day the Mexican daily La Jornada published one of great impact entitled El holocausto gitano: ayer y hoy (The gypsies’ holocaust: yesterday and today) which reminds us of a truly tragic history. Without adding or deleting a single word from the information contained in the article, I will quote some lines referring to some events that are really touching. Neither the West nor -most of all- its colossal media apparatus have said a single word about them.
“1496: boom of humanist thinking. The Rom peoples (gypsies) from Germany are declared traitors to the Christian nations, spies paid by the Turkish, carriers of the plague, witches and warlocks, bandits and children kidnappers.
“1710: century of Enlightenment and rationale. An edict ordered that adult gypsies from Prague be hanged without any previous trial. Young persons and women were mutilated. In Bohemia their left ear were cut off; in Moravia, their right ear.
“1899: climax of modernity and progress. The police of Bavaria founded the Special Section for Gypsies’ Affairs. In 1929, the section was promoted to the category of National Central section and was moved to Munich. In 1937 it was based in Berlin. Four years later, half a million gypsies died in the concentration camps of Central and Eastern Europe.”
“In her PhD’s thesis, Eva Justin (assistant of Dr. Robert Ritter of the Racial Research Section of the Ministry of Health of Germany), asserted that gypsies’ blood was extremely harmful to the purity of the German race. Someone called Dr. Portschy sent a memorandum to Hitler suggesting that gypsies should be submitted to forced labor and mass sterilization because they jeopardized the pure blood of the German peasantry.
“The gypsies, who were labeled as inveterate criminals, started to be arrested en masse, and as from 1938 they were put into special blocks at the Buchenwald, Mauthausen, Gusen, Dautmergen, Natzweiler and Flossenburg camps.
“In a concentration camp he owned in Ravensbruck, Heinrich Himmler, chief of the Gestapo (SS), created a space to sacrifice gypsy women who were submitted to medical experiments. One hundred and twenty zingari girls were sterilized. Gypsy women married to non-gypsy men were sterilized at the Dusseldorf-Lierenfeld hospital.
“Thousands of gypsies were deported from Belgium, the Netherlands and France to the Polish concentration camp of Auschwitz. In his memoirs, Rudolf Hoess (commander of Auschwitz) wrote that among the gypsies deported there were old people almost one hundred years of age, pregnant women and a large number of children.
“At the ghetto of Lodz (Poland) […] none of the 5 000 gypsies survived.”
“In Yugoslavia, gypsies and Jews were equally killed in the forest of Jajnice. Farmers still remember the cries of the gypsy children who were taken to the places of execution.”
“At the extermination camps, only the love of gypsies for music was at times a source of comfort. In Auschwitz, starving and infested with lice, they gathered together to play music and encouraged children to dance. But the courage of gypsy guerrillas who fought alongside the Polish resistance in the region of Nieswiez was also legendary.”
Music was the factor that kept them together and helped them to survive, just as much as religion was for Christians, Jews and Muslims.
The successive articles published by La Jornada as from the end of August have reminded us of events that were almost forgotten about what happened to the gypsies in Europe. After having been affected by Nazism, they were consigned to oblivion after the Nuremberg trials in the years 1945 and 1946.
The German government headed by Konrad Adenauer declared that the extermination of the gypsies before 1943 was a result of the State’s legal policies. Those who had been affected on that same year did not receive any compensation. Robert Ritter, a Nazi expert in the extermination of gypsies, was set free. Thirty nine years later in 1982, when most of the affected persons had already passed away, the government recognized their right to compensation.
More than 75 per cent of the gypsies, whose total number is estimated to be between 12 and 14 million, live in Central and Eastern Europe. Only in Tito’s socialist Yugoslavia, gypsies were recognized the same rights as the Croatian, Albanian and Macedonian minorities.
The Mexican newspaper described as “particularly perverse” the mass deportation of gypsies to Romania and Bulgaria ordered by the government of Sarkozy –a Jew of Hungarian descent-; these are the exact words used by the newspaper. Please do not take this as an act of irreverence on my part.
In Romania, the number of gypsies is estimated to be two million.
The president of that country, Traian Basescu, a US ally and an illustrious member of NATO, called a woman journalist a “filthy gypsy”. As can be observed, this is an extremely delicate person who speaks in a polite language.
The website univision.com posted some comments about the demonstrations against the deportation of gypsies and the “xenophobia” in France. According to AFP, around “130 demonstrations should take place in France as well as in front of the French embassies in several European Union countries, with the support of tens of human rights organizations, trade unions and left wing and ecologist parties”. The extensive report refers to the participation of well known cultural personalities such as Jane Birkin and the film-maker Agnes Jaoui and reminded readers that Jane “together with Stephane Hessel, a former member of the resistance against the Nazi occupation of France (1940-1944), was part of the group that later on met with the advisors to the minister of Immigration Eric Besson.
“‘It was a dialogue of the deaf, but it is good that this took place, for it showed that most of the population was enraged at that nauseating policy’, said a spokesperson of the network ‘Education Without Borders…”
Other news about this thorny issue come from Europe: “Yesterday the European Parliament put France and Nicholas Sarkozy on the spot for having deported thousands of Romanian and Bulgarian gypsies during a tense debate in which the attitudes of José Manuel Durão Barroso and the Commission were described as scandalous and ridiculous for their apparent pusillanimity and for failing to condemn Paris decisions as illegal and contrary to community rights”, according to an article by Ricardo Martínez de Rituerto published by El País.com.
La Jornada published in another article impressive social data. Neo-natal mortality among the gypsy population is nine times as much the European average and the life expectancy rate is hardly above 50 years of age.
Before that, on August 29, it had reported that “although there have been plenty of criticisms –from the European Union institutions as well as from the Catholic church, the United Nations and the broad spectrum of pro-immigrants organizations- Sarkozy insists in expelling and deporting hundreds of citizens from Bulgaria and Romania –and therefore, European citizens- using as an excuse the alleged ‘criminal’ character of these citizens.”
“It is difficult to believe that in the year 2010 –concludes La Jornada- after the terrible past Europe had with racism and intolerance, it is still possible to criminalize an entire ethnic group by labeling it as a social problem.”
“Indifference, or even consent towards the actions carried out by the French police today and the Italian police yesterday –more European, in general terms- leave the most optimist analyst speechless.”
Suddenly, while I wrote this Reflection, I remembered that France is the third nuclear power in the planet, and that Sarkozy also had a briefcase with the keys required to launch one of the more than 300 bombs he had. Is there any moral or ethical rational in launching an attack against Iran, a country condemned for its alleged intention of manufacturing this kind of weapon? Where are the good sense and the logic of that policy?
Let us assume that Sarkozy all of a sudden goes crazy, as it seems to be the case. What would the UN Security Council do with Sarkozy and his briefcase?
What will happen if the French extreme right decides to force Sarkozy to maintain a racist policy, opposite to the norms that prevail within the European Community?
Could the UN Security Council respond to those two questions?
The absence of truth and the prevalence of deception is the biggest tragedy in our dangerous nuclear age.
I spent most of yesterday with the son of one of India's greatest drummers. He is on a brief visit to US. I know it's hard to rate or compare maestros like this, since India has produced so many extraordinary artists, known and unknown, magical beings, gandharvas, Goddess-gifted servants of the sundara (beauty). This gentleman's father, Chatur Lal, was the first tabla-giant master to come to the West in the '50s, chosen to accompany the great ambassadors of Raga music on their first sacred missions to America and Europe. I mention this only because of what our conversation seemed to always fall back on: the immense kindness, humanity, generosity, humility, joy, and divine grace always exhibited by these masters. And also our extreme good fortune to have known them and been in their presence. (Of course there was also talk of compositions, lineages, technique, gigs, etc, too.) But, really, my very life depends on a continuity of my practice and the frequency of these kinds of encounters, both of them equally. Both are the 'food' of my soul. My life in this incarnation would have very less meaning without them. Actually, I would probably not still be around. All of the aforementioned adjectives apply equally to all of my teachers and mentors and their entire families.
Of these I must mention late Allah Rakha and son Zakir Hussain, Amarnath Mishra, Shankar Ghosh, Chhatrapati Singh, Pannalal Upadhya, Dagar family, Mallik family, Padma Dehury, Satchidananda Das. Thanks and praises. All blessings to their wives, siblings and children who have revealed the greatness and the highest qualities of humanity to me and our guru-bhais. It is a tragedy of immense proportions that their godly qualities, and those of many other equally stellar individuals, remain unknown to most human beings. As we all know, the good true humans are kept down and invisible to the masses by the corrupt educational and media complexes. It's the way it is, for now.

I read today of the death of a young master Native American totem carver in the Pacific Northwest at the hands of police. He was holding a 3-inch knife and a piece of wood. What is even more disturbing was the huge number of hateful comments about "no-good, drunken Indians".
Two other recent articles that came to my attention concern the Roma ('gypsy') people. The first relates the story of six members of a Roma family in Slovakia gunned down: LINK. The second, from the UK Independent, "Why Sarkozy Went to War on the Roma", had, again, a huge number of vile, hateful comments about "lazy, thieving, dirty, un-contributing gypsies" who 'need' to "go back to where they came from". The article itself had nothing of note.
However, below the article there is an extended post of extraordinary truthfulness and heartfulness from a Roma-American woman, which completely blew me away both in its wisdom and compassion, and its thorough spanking of the ignorant haters. I am reprinting her post in its entirety, since seldom do we hear the side articulated here in any media. What she offers so eloquently could be spoken by any member of any tribe of dispossessed, marginalized, scapegoated 'minorities' in any industrialized country today, but she speaks in defense of her people currently under siege in both Eastern and Western Europe. ARE WE NOT ALL TRAVELERS'?

"I wish blessings to your family as well murro phrales, (my brother). Of course as a tribal born and unbiased Rromani I do not agree with you. You know as a woman who knows thousands of our own people this is so heartbreaking. It is of course even closer and emotional then when I witness discrimination and racial ignorance effecting even close friends whom are of another minority, simply because of the fact that the Rromani are my race. Yet; it does not prevent me from acting as strong to stand up for what in my heart I know is fundamentally unfair and inhumane, for anyone who might be going through similar or worse fates, human or any living creature. No matter what is said here my brother I can tell you from my own witness....this is so wrong what has been done to us. This is so wrong and what some of us now do to them (as a result of course) is just as wrong...
Yet, how can I not share the truth without bias and report; most do so for sheer survival. I do not know how to get across to our non Rromani relations, to you ;......Do not believe this about us. Do not think in your wildest imagination that we as a whole do not love our fellow man at our root. Do not think for an instant that we do not wish to work, no more or less then anyone of conscious nature. Do not listen to the negative whispering of the subconscious negative thoughts we call " the demons" we "all" have. To believe that an entire race of people just was born to take over another's land, take everything for free and do not give or wish to give anything in return of equal value because we are "parasites"????? What good human being thinks that about an entire race?
Do not think we like to be going through what we are and whom do you think of us that would rather live like "this" then go to work? when there is this anywhere (as with any dysfunctional figures within any race)...it is by a vast majority awareness within our own race....a very small minority. A minority that "we" do not embrace ourselves! What child does not have dreams, does not wish to learn, grow and be with her piers of every color? What child wishes to beg or have the pressure of being placed in jail, never have a home worth being proud of, never having the "freedom" to live without hate always coming at you from almost every door?
Yes; it is true we do not like to live by the wars and insanity we see most of you as well complain about. We do not agree that this world is based on sanity, Creator's teachings to us. We do not believe us as a whole human race is living right side up but rather upside down from the way nature and spirit intended. We do not believe in many of the root of societies reasoning and "millions" of other individuals of "every color and hue in between" feel this, not only us. Yet we are not so naive to think we do not have to contribute or that we are not apart of our world's relations. We do not think we are the ones hating and wishing to harm you but in fact the other way around.
We do not sit upon a throne and judge you, we just wish to preserve and assist our race, culture and heritage to evolve while we "with respect and equal rights" be apart of the world to which we live in; work, play and other wise. It is not us refusing them jobs but the other way around. It is not us but them who keep us out of their businesses. It is not us who refuse them work that forces them to beg borrow and steal but it is them whom do this to us. It is not us who create schools and leave them in the basement of our childrens day cares or segregated and or "special needs" schools...no not us but them..you. Look at the merry go round; The people say "I keep them out of my place of business because they are a nuisance and come and beg my customers or are dirty". The Rroma say; " I went into the place of business to beg because I was "starving" and could not get anyone to give me work for months, (many times years and or "ever"). I was dirty because I have not been given the kindness of a place to shower, and could not afford my own home because no one will give me work". Not to mention that this example does not explain all the refusal and dark treatment thousands of us who do "not" steal beg or cheat experience by the very same people.
If the non Rromani sees them laughing, playing, seemingly not having a care in the world, they do not see what is really happening. they see the Rroma "coping" in the only way he knows how...to smile, laugh, sing, be with good spirit,,God. Yes; there are many Rroma who do not like the "Gyjey" but honestly if this was your race and family treated this way..would you? This is not a one day negative affair with us as some of you may have experienced; this is "1000" years of it "EVERYDAY!!! How can they possibly judge something that is so far away from whatever they have ever had to experience! What benefits do you speak of, the benefits of a card board home or ghetto? the benefits of free money that is not enough to feed our families and no decent jobs to take us off of it? The medical where we are subjected to without education to be sterilized or fooled into it because we can not read?
This is one of those situations where what it appears is not what it truly is; can you not see?? This scenario that I just shared is more about present day Rromani European poverty stricken people. This is not how it was for hundreds of years prior. For hundreds of years it is clearly documented (and known inter tribally throughout the world) that it had nothing to do with theft, for many Countries had us as slaves. In older days it was a crime not to "kill us" if someone saw us! How do you not understand how this can play a "huge" role in the mental and emotional make up of your fellow human beings? How can you not see how generations upon generations have been affected by this? What are the majority of Rromani do we see in these situations, how wealthy of thieves could they possibly be? Look at their living conditions, look at their children! Every race has those who take advantage, got greedy, are uncaring and selfish....we do not claim we are the exception to this (do you?) but we are not all or most of us "like them"! What we say is that from what we know about the worse of our race inter tribally; they came from families whom were so persecuted and or lost family members due to this unfounded hatred; that they became like Scarlet in Gone with the wind; "I shall never go hungry again" and now like many of any people that have become embitter from factual reasoning to why they would, is behaving unreasonable in return . How many people in this world are unethical, steal from their own, Corporate greed, Government politics. How many White people do we see on the news and how many Rroma do we see in comparison? How long did it take for the vast majority of human beings to see the error in their ways about other minorities and look until today...it still goes on for them as well.
When the Europeans that hate stop hating and treat all people as their "equal". When they offer us the same opportunity to "exist" as human beings...then they shall see the truth about the Rromani work ethic, cleanliness ethic and benefit from the beauty and talent, intelligence and love millions of us have to offer and always have. You know; in the beginning (it has been passed down many generations) that when the Rromani witnessed man killing one another, the earth and its creatures...the first Rroma said "na asba ley, na den duma lensa", moondaen ech avestard, bistar da aye shukar pou amarey dai, ty bistardar khon si ley aved nanulya ki si po poua", mardimai ley; nasfaley ley. Do not go near them, they kill one another, the earth and other living creatures, they are ill forbidden . A thousand years ago this was said but this does not mean that we in our present generations still partake in this belief, even if we might still agree. We know we are apart of our human race and not above it. We know that if allowed we can participate in the day to day living of being sustainable for ourselves while not participating in some of the "insanity" we see our relations non Rromani "still" living with today. As you may not wish to participate in some of our social cultural beliefs. That is what being a diverse open minded human being can offer each of us...the freedom to choose without hating one another or losing the beliefs we care about individually.
This is a monumental misunderstanding that occurred only God knows truly when and it just has gotten to the point of hysteria and down right evil. I disagree that it is said that Rroma have not wish to integrate with the rest of the world, this is an untrue accusation as if we look to other Countries that have embraced Rromani race "and" culture (like Macedonia for only one example) we would see a Country that thrives from their Rromani community as the Rroma does from them; why is it different for us there? Rromani have "never been" against integration, respectful fair integration. The Rromani have been against "assimilation" in past years. The same way "all" minorities have been. The Native American did not want you to cut his hair and make him speak only your language...neither do we. The African American did not wish for you to call him the "N" word and take a way their African heritage and culture. They only did so when absolutely forced and till today they live less then what they by the laws of what is "truth" universal as human beings are given birth right to experience and know.

I have to plod my way through those realities every day just to get to my laptop and check my cell messages. It's a strange situation when one's personal life is just about as healthful, beauty-filled, low-stressed, and bountiful as can be imagined (in a low-need kind of way), and you are still witness to massive imbalance, struggle, conflict, and crises swirling all around the periphery. Mornings always begin with a green drink on the porch watching the hummers and bees in the spectacular flower beds - usually a mix of purslane, dandelion, chard, beet, and kale greens mixed with grapes or apples for sweetness. Eventually an excellent fair-trade coffee and a Native (Akwesasne) cig, followed by oats or the best organic eggs in the world from our 8 beautiful chickie-girls.
Most days have some music or astrology or herbal transmissions going on, always in the presence of the coolest, sanest, shakti-filled women (and men), and unexpected gifts, often exquisite veggies from everyone's gardens. Corn, squashes, tomatoes, apricots, peaches, salad greens, chiles for rellenos fall in our laps. Plus, of course, most excellent serious laughter-filled conversations with friends and their children, with hardly a drama ever manifesting - just the usual hard-angle transits (grin). Absolutely no complaints here on that level. The animals happily graze in the weeds, and entertain us with their contented vocalizations. What more could an old fart desire? We have an environment where folks can ease their troubles and chill out with a variety of world-travelers in a sane perspective most any day. The weather has not been brutal and the chemtrails have been absent for weeks.
I said I wouldn't bitch any more, but, in truth, I really don't know what's going to come up next, nor have much control over that. And here we are on another beautiful day in paradise.
The fact is, I really can't wait one fucking day more for the unawakened mass of so-called humanity to reap the cataclysmic consequences of their willful ignore-ance. That's just the stark truth of a portion of the daily mind-space, no matter how 'positive', 'inspired', and 'hopeful' my morning starts out. Sure, I can spend so many hours rehearsing, doing practice, teaching, researching, composing and 'artistically networking', and become absorbed in the processes. But if I end up venturing 'into town' (aaaagghh, it's the Matrix, oh shit, I forgot my sunglasses!), the tormenting craziness never fails to arise and dominate my consciousness.
There is no part of the collapse and degeneration of the so-called modern culture happening at anywhere near the speed to give me any expectation that the insanity cannot just plod along for years, decades, maybe even centuries. Nor do I have any absolute 'knowing' that some intervention will take place, either from an 'outside' force, from humanity awakening, or from Gaia's own systemic rage, in time to actually spare this sacred vessel of a planet from becoming a dead zone spinning lifelessly in the galaxy. Dead-zones are all the rage nowadays. It could very possibly be the ordained outcome. This 'dream', as it's referred to in our human mystical experiences and perennial visionary records, could be simply that - the unReal/nonexistant illusion of the One solitary creator/destroyer at the core of our Being. I guess I can live with that, knowing that "I" am immortal, no doubt. Either we'll make it on this plane to a great transformation by 2012 or our grandkids' career-paths will be limited to something like outflanking the Borg somewhere in the Delta Quadrant.
On this here plane, it looks like we're fast approaching irredeemable total toxicity and total disintegration of all life-supporting systems. My absolute disgust toward most of the human race is impossible to verbalize. One can travel the length of this gone-to-shit country and observe no more than 0.1% of humans not enthusiastically filling their shopping carts and consuming an all-poison torture-enhanced diet 24/7, and drive for hundreds of miles and not find one item in any store uncontaminated with HFCS and myriad other genocidal corporate additives, and this corporate psychopathic death-culture has spread to everywhere throughout the world. In every land we see many completely ponerized humans willingly slaving for the corporate model in one form or the other while oblivious to their own self-denied but assured suicide. It is the millions who have no 'gun to their head', no dire birth-circumstances, that, by their own self-fed demonic media fantasies and acceptance of nature-separation, perpetuate the 'dire circumstances' of others (somewhere 'out there' in that underdeveloped world).
Captain Paul Watson accurately describes the big-picture situation as the 'economics of extinction'. Corporations are actually knowingly extincting whole species because, by warehousing the fruits of their slaughter for a few years, they will reap huge short-term profits. Mitsubishi and blue-fin tuna is one example. Look it up. You know, there is no great mystery that they somehow 'know' that we don't. It is just pure and simple total mass insanity, but, strangely, there are millions who 'get it'. I really don't know if the heads of corporations and their entourages of blood-diamond-glitterati whores are fake humans or not (they don't act or think like you or me, more like 16th century French royalty), but I know that the millions who buy into their trip are ones who have forfeited their privilege of ever again gaining a human birth. If I ever won a lottery I would give it all to Capt. Watson and other true warriors like him and those of the younger generation, including the ALF. I'm all about that speeding up of the disintegration and dismantling. It's long overdue, good riddance.
Stupid brainwashed people who think environmentalism is all about the NWO and Illuminati-eugenicists are absurd - and that includes most all the 'truth-seeking'/conspiracy-busting internet stars. Most of the kids I know around here (and other places I inhabit) have at least heard Julia Hill (and others), and completely comprehend what the hell she is saying after her self-revelations atop Luna, and even some have had equivalent experience. Too, the numbers who are meeting with the ayahuasca shamans and resonating with the visions are growing exponentially. They know what the hell is going on with the media, the parallels between their (or their kids') schools and the factory farms, the police-military psychopathy infecting every aspect of civil society, the valuelessness of current music and arts, the constant inundation of lies spun by everyone around them, etc. Sure, many will just end up chasing after the shiny trash, going along with the program, breeding, eventually getting their chemo and passing on their confusion and self-created braindeadness. But there will always be some who resist, nurture and cultivate and tend the inner fire, listen to the wise ones at the right moments, and carry forth the light till the very end, regardless.
I am getting too old to do much more 'pioneering', and I'm often not sure if I'm becoming 'younger than that now' or maybe just succumbing to the grinding despair of the historical time-loop-in-a-new-package. France, Italy, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Romania, Denmark, Czech Rep., Slovak Rep., Hungary, Sweden, Germany, and other countries' officialdom and guillotine-deserving politicians have been ramping up the anti-Roma rhetoric for some time now, with resultant murders, camp demolitions, citizenship revocations, and worse. How long has that loop been running? Jeeezus H. F-ing Kryste! A "nomadic people who refuse to comply with society's accepted definition of culture, just for the sake of better treatment", the Roma have been distrusted and vilified just about forever. Subject to grotesque experimentation and extermination during WWII, perhaps one million (who really knows?), they have never seen justice, instead are treated by the 'civilized' populations worse than Indian street dogs. During the Nuremberg war crimes trials not one Gypsy was called as a witness by Allied prosecutors. The virtual exclusion of the Gypsies from the US Holocaust Memorial Museum is a travesty. But then, we know why that is, don't we? To the Gypsies, it was their Porrajmos ('the devouring'). In 2010, still they are the scapegoats for all the ills, history's perennial 'illegal immigrants'. A Spanish Gypsy language is Romano-Kalo (also Finnish-Kalo of Sweden), related to the North Indo-Aryan (Indic) languages "spoken on all five continents". I have heard this term being related to the Goddess Kali of India. Sounds probable, as I've seen exact word-equivalents to the Sanskrit root-words.

I don't feel like using the 10-letter 'A' word any more - the one popularly used to define what's goin down at this moment on our Earth. The word, despite it's literal Greek definition, is too connected to the death culture and it's agenda of infinite ignorance. What is happening is many dimensions more vast than, but includes, unveiling.
So, in this brief post I will simply refer to a couple of essay links that better articulate, I think, where would be a good place to 'stand' (overstand) in relation to what's occurring collectively and within each of us. The first is A Gathering of the Tribefrom Carolyn Baker's site, a reprint of a reprint, which relates a sacred story of a shaman's appeal to his tribe. It is a metaphor of what could be our situation. It speaks of our (recent) past necessity of constantly pointing out the progression of evil: "This talk, too, was necessary, for it validated our vision of the world that could be: a peaceful and exuberant humanity living in co-creative partnership with a wild garden earth." Then it speaks of the diminished value of such focus on only the latest ongoing crimes, and of a further stage in our remembrance of who we are, and where we can go from there. The second article, by the same Charles Eisenstein, 3 Seeds, illuminates three transmissions from our ancestors to us in their future, "three ways of preserving and transmitting the truth of the world, the Self, and how to be human".
So, for the moment, I will try to only note some very obvious symbolic phenomena as timely indicators, and leave the bulk of the 'news' to others, unless I change my mind, which could happen.
The Gulf Death Gyre is one such 'symbol' of what has been successfully hidden, which is the extent of genocide of the natural world in the BP cataclysmic catastrophe. In addition to this, wildlife experts are anticipating massive collapse of reproduction ability of those birds and animals that survived. The obvious question arises as to their hoped-for effectiveness in hiding the eventual human die-off.
The other item that caught my eye concerns the SEALs' military use of 'armored dogs' in Afghanistan. The dog-body-armor company's CEO, a sick psychopathic POS, probably thinks he's convinced the world that he 'cares' about something other than his own property. See how they pretend to be human?

OK. Enough of that. Let's look at some actual kings and queens to keep a perspective here about that thing of constant remembrance of what it means to be human. These videos I am submitting for enjoyment tend maybe toward the 'folk' side of master-level musicianship, both Eastern and 'Western'. I'm not having any good examples of Baluchistan music, but I think I'll start with their neighbors to the east in Sindh, Pakistan. The cultures are closely related and also to the Rajasthan area of India, original homelands of the 'gypsies'. Gypsies - yeah, talk about a demonized people. They are naturally having it real tough these days, but....onward. Pakistan and Iran: two areas of the world definitely in the cross-hairs of the Beast:
SINDH, Pakistan: Ghaus Bux Brohi, bansuri and Ustad Mitha Khan Zardari, gharo - Raga Bhairvi Classic folk flute and clay pot percussion. Picked this for Bhairavi, my favorite rag.
The Alghozo -"Double Flute"- is also a classic instrument from Baluchistan and Sindh. Here is an excellent, rockin example: Maestro Khamisu Khan
IRAN: Ostad Shajarian, vocal and Kayhan Kalhor, kamancheh Persian classical music, top quality. Kalhor is phenomenal on the 4-string bowed kamancheh
PAKISTAN: Waheed Ali Khan and young Abida Parveen For those who liked the previously posted Abida Parveen cut, this is an amazing duet with the 12-yr old(?) Abida. Angelically mind-blowing! Also a Sindhi song.
INDIA: "Time Is Running Out" - Debdas Baul and Co. An authentic Baul, mystic vagabond poet/musician, of Bengal. Wonderful iconoclastic community, advanced yogis, lovers of Life. I accompanied Debdas' contemporary, Purnadas Baul in Calif. in 2004. These guys are all crazy!
